What was I thinking

I'm so fucking fucked. Met my management staff yesterday for my new office and all but two completely blow. I remember some of them from a class that I taught last year and it wasn't because they were stand outs, but rather complete fuck ups. And to top it off, my top candidate for my liability manager job backed out. Crap.
