When we state that we require a college degree, does University of Phoenix count? Honestly, I thought I saw something on 60 minutes of the Drudge Report on how other colleges are not recognizing the undergrad degree when students are applying for Grad School.

You know, I think I heard the same sort of thing. I don't ever recall seeing the prestigious U of Phoenix on that report, but it did have to do with those college that advertise on TV.
Did you run into an applicant with a degree in "TV/VCR repair"? Was her name "Sally Struthers"?
I wouldn't be wary, as someone took a chance on a guy with a degree from the "University of Maryland".
I can tell you that as someone who does a considerable amount of interviewing, that a University of Phoenix grad degree is two strikes against you. And do they even offer undergrad degrees? Not even sure that I'd bother with that one.
She was so nice though...So tempting.
