A poster on the Browns board said it best tonight:
To me it comes down to this: we got (0) from the QB position today for over 3 quarters and almost beat the first place team in the NFC East.
We got (0) from the QB for 4 quarters against the Steelers and lost by 4.
We got (0) from the QB for 3 quarters and beat the Bengals.
If we had average (by NFL standards) QB play in these 3 games, we win all 3 and blow the Bengals out.
This team should be 4-2, not 2-4. And that's if Derek plays average and gives us something. A good QB probably could have won the Ravens game, too.
This defense is good - moving up to a grade of "B". Of course, we're going to squander it with this lummox we have as our QB.
Argh.
