How not to get real estate customers to your agency

So our neighborhood gets postcards in the mail from Real Estate agents looking for business. These postcards highlight a house in the development that is up for sale, or gives you a list of houses that have been sold for comparison - and, presumably, to show you what a good sale it was.

Honest to God, this is what came in the mail today:

Four Bridges Property Sales March 1, 2009 - June 10, 2009

xxxx Winter Hazel Drive Sold for 51.7% of list price in 1,552 days

Below that is a picture of an agent.

Really, does anyone proof read? Even if this is true, why would you put in on there?
