Quick question

A-Rod apologized today. So, are we over it and is he accepted in baseball again?

Of course not. There's going to be hatred for him for a long, long time. And, I think, rightfully so.

What's my point? It's to disprove once and for all the ludicrous argument that all will be well with Pete Rose if he only admitted gambling and apoogized. BS. If he admitted now, he wouldn't be greeted with open arms and sympathy (and the HoF) - but with disdain and even more scorn.

Remember that next time you hear the subject of Pete Rose discussed. His case and A-Rod's case are very similar.

I TOTALLY disagree.

A-Rod cheated. Pete Rose is just a jerk.

Rose would have been forgiven if he admitted it, and wasn't trying to profit by selling a book.

People would have forgiven Rose because he played the game right. A-Rod may never be forgiven because he cheated the game.
