When Fred Smoot was with the Redskins, it was widely known he didn't have a bank account, and had all his checks cashed. From a friend who lived in the same neighborhood in Reston, he'd have crazy women coming out of his place at all hours of the night, a revolving door of azz.
That's just incredible.
Isn't an agent supposed to help with this?
