It's spring in Guangzhou, where the weather is extremely humid 12 months out of the year. The days/weeks when it transitions from 50 degree highs to 65-70 degrees is dramatic. Whenever this occurs, massive amounts of condensation forms on the walls, glass, stone floor- anything with a hard, cold surface is coated with water. It can be dangerous!In response to this hazard, the apartment staff has put up this helpful notice - well, I think it has to do with the weather.....maybe I am completely mistaken and we should move out now......
