Two serious items about teams followed closely on this blog:
1. Aaron on Hardball Times has this to say about the A's:

At the end, he states that the A's would most likely dump the "non-essential" parts to this year's team.
My question for A's fans: Jason Kendall would have to be #1, no? Or is he #1a next to Dotel?
2. NFL News never stops: Boulware is coming to Cleveland this week:

As most of you know, I bleed orange and brown. Now I know he's 30, and has some injury problems..... but when you current starting outside LBs are Matt Stewart and Chaun Thompson (who hails from the great West Texas A&M), any possibility of an upgrade is exciting.

Diet Rite
Is Diet Rite the most underrated cola ever? No one likes the taste of Diet Coke; Diet Pepsi is good, but the caffeine kills me at night, and "Caffeine Free Diet Pepsi" is just too.....wimpy of a name to drink.
Whether it is the Red Raspberry, Tangerine, or Original Cola flavor - Diet Rite has a whole lot of nothin'. No caffeine, no sugar, and no sodium. I got nothin' for you- Diet Rite.
(So should I go into brand advertising yet?)

Tribe back to .500
The first post of this blog will be dedicated to the Tribe for finally getting back to .500 with a win over the Twins tonight, 4-3. Good to see Juan Gonzalez is earning his paycheck.
